Not only did the tents arrive in a timely manner, they were in perfect condition! We had two small pieces missing - one peg and one of the small ropes. I reached out to customer service and they had them shipped out to me in a day. Amazing response time and very thorough on their follow up. Definitely a great company to work with!!!
