I damaged my Quictent car port and was looking replacement parts. I contact Quictent support and assisted me in getting replacement parts as needed. They are sending me replacement parts free of charge even though this was not a warranty issue. They responded to my email timely. I will be needing a replacement car port for our boat slip in the near future and I will be checking Quictent to see what they offer first thing.
