Needed a replacement canopy for my three year old carport that has been beat-up through every New England storm for the last three years, and is still serviceable. Couldn't find the replacement option on the website. Reached out to email support and a gentleman named "Green" walked me through the process of purchasing a new canopy, at a very fair price.
