I placed the order online and it arrived in 5 days. Opened the boxes and did a inventory. 1 package of bolts was missing. I contacted Quictent and the replacement bolts arrived within 5 days. Great Customer Service! Did a practice set up on the tent and had no issues. It took 2 men 2 1/2 hours to set it up. When we set it up for my daughters wedding it took 1 1/2 hours to set up. Tear down was easy and everything fit back into the bags that came with the tent.
