Quictent offers a good product. I purchased their heavy duty carport after seeing one and checking the mfg tag. It is well-designed, attractive, and easy to install. I had one small problem and the customer service rep was responsive and helpful. For the ease of customer service for warranty inquiries I would recommend purchasing the product directly from Quictent. The only downside with my order was that delivery was delayed.
