I was able to contact Quictent regarding a problem with the cover on my 10' x 10' pop-up canopy via email through their website. How wonderful is that? Well it means I didn't have to make multiple calls, talk with a machine, make multiple choice answer selections (typically none of which never match your need), endure endless, irrelevant questions, and wait through interminably long holds with annoying music or advertisements. They responded the next day, and fulfilled their promise to ship a replacement cover. I still haven't had time to try the new cover which is not identical with the original, but I'm betting it will fit. So a big well done to Quictent and their exceptional customer service people who actually do serve customers.
