In the last two years, I have contacted customer service and they have quickly solved my problems. I love my greenhouse. I have used all recommendations by the reviewers. One thing I learned the hard way was to have both doors closed in high winds. I take my greenhouse down in spring and I will put it up at end of October. My plants looked great in the greenhouse as compared to wintering in the garage..
