I wish all companies were as easy to work with as Quictent. Had an issue with a defect in the carry-case for a purchased tent. One quick email and a replacement carry-case was sent me with no hassle. It was in my hands in days. Great product at a fair price with friendly and effective customer service. What more could you ask for?
