Purchased our show tent (carport) in 2019. A rogue storm caused it to flip over (even though it was anchored) last month. I contacted customer support and they chose to cover the replacement parts under warranty, even though it was weather related. This is totally awesome because this tent has become our "lucky tent" that allowed our business to grow! We have used this tent at MANY shows here in Colorado, over the last few years, and it has held up beyond belief!!!
