I have bought 5 carports from Quictent. I chose this brand because the quality was good, and the price was excellent. The tarp fabric is a denser weave than the others I compared it to, the poles are stronger, and the company seems to do a pretty good job with quality control. What I didn't know was how outstanding customer support would be. I have dealt with Cicely who has always responded promptly and with an unusually friendly manner. I have been very pleased and impressed.
