I was in contact with customer service for a month or more prior to buying my canopy shelters. I received almost immediate answers and the best advise! All of my concerns and questions were answered. I ordered two canopy’s, one for rain and one with the bug screens. Fit is perfect and I setup both myself ( 67yo, 5’2 3/4” tall, bad wrists )! Best experience ever! Don’t buy from any other manufacturer, this is the gold standard!
