Yes, Green and Blair were extremely patient with me because I'm 84 and not good with the computer. It did take awhile for me to understand an follow their directions, I did and we were very successful. Today I'm thrilled to have a new beige canopy on the carport. It was/is perfect. it took me a while however, Green and Blair stayed with me giving me instructions and we did it. I am so very grateful to them for hanging in there with me to fill my request and need. They are extraordinary professionals.
