5 stars for Quictent's customer service! The customer service representative, Yummy, who responded to my request, made it super easy to replace a broken canopy frame part. The durability of our 10ft x 10ft pop-up tent is consistent with the price point. I have not seen any other options for the same price that are more durable. However, Quictent's great customer service and available replacement parts make this product a great value!
