High winds damaged my new greenhouse. Customer service requested a list of damaged parts, which I provided. The parts were sent promptly. During installation of those repair parts, a different part failed due to unseen damage from the earlier wind event. Quictent promptly replaced that part. The repaired greenhouse is now functioning as good as new!
