I ordered the 10x10 gazebo strong structure. Top was a little messed up. But reached out to customer service. And yummy helped me figure out to get another 1. They contacted me back on a daily. I received a tracking number with in a few days. And they continued to contact me until order was received. Thank you so much for your help..
