Bought a carport canopy, with the sides with Windows. Loved it!! Had a tree fall and basically destroy about half of the frame. Contacted Quictent about buying a replacement frame. They were very responsive and pleasant to work with. The cost of a new heavy duty frame was very reasonable. When I ordered the new frame, it shipped right away and arrived quickly. Can't say enough nice things about this company! Great products and wonderful staff!
