I'm changing my review.
I bought a 10x20 carport canopy in August of 2022.
The cable broke upon tightening it.
I cannot get customer service to answer the phone nor will they solve my problem.
I have given them the order number several times it's like they're not listening to me.
Beware purchase elsewhere !!!!!!!!!!!!
