Had our canopy cover get shredded in the hurricane and threw it away before getting the model number off it. Found some numbers in the setup manual and they where able to determine the replacement cover that we needed. Jasmine was very helpful in this process and kept me informed that they had located the part I needed and got it shipped immediately. Thanks for all the help.
