We recently ordered our second greenhouse from quictent because we loved our first one so much. We also had our first bad windstorm. Due mostly to our inexperience setting up the greenhouse, one did sustain some damage. Quictent immediately responded to work with us and replace the damaged parts even though it was most likely our fault. We couldn't have asked for quicker or more friendly service!
