Unquestionably the best shop for Bernina machines. Their knowledge is extensive and they have excellent customer service. The staff are responsive, helpful and friendly. They run Mastery Classes on the machines which were incredibly informative and not only helped me understand the intricacies of my machine, but also eliminated many of the fallacies. I cannot praise them more highly!
