My first order placed with Quilt Direct and it will definitely be my last.
When I ordered two items, one was wrongly priced, unbeknown to me. I received a phone call from QD, who had realised their error and stated they do not have to abide by their advertised price! They apparently have a notice on their site to qualify this.
I have never heard anything so absurd in all my life! Why have consumer law if it is not to be adhered to?
I had my entire order refunded and I went elsewhere.
AVOID AVOID AVOID! Sharp practice never benefits anyone 🙁
