Ref. Order D0105. No customer service. No problem resolution. No response to emails 07-04-25 or 01-04-25. Quinnspares was recommended by a colleague as you are based in Ireland compared to UK based companies I used in the past. If Quinnspares have no interest in resolving a small issue with a €2 bulb then there is zero faith or trust that this will be any different on higher cost issues. Issues are rare but when they occur, they were always dealt with promptly and effectively by my previous vendors.
