I bought a dishwasher cutlery basket. The first item was broken in several places when it arrived. The guy I spoke to on the phone in Quinnspares was extrememly helpful and pleasant to deal with so the customer service of Quinnspares would get a 5 star rating however the product I received and the replacement product (it broke it several places as soon as cutlery was placed in it) aren't even worth 1 star. Great customer service but shoddy cheap product in this instance.
