The parts I needed were not in stock when I rang. I was assured that when the parts arrived I would be contacted. The call came a few days later from a 0044 number which I did not answer but after listening to the message I answered the next call. I could not fault the services and the gentleman who took my initial call and made the call when the parts arrived was polite and helpful. The parts arrived very soon after the call. Many thanks.
