Quirumed is trapping consumer as in its sale they only mention customer from UK needs to pay VAT, however it is the import duty that Fedx (TNT) that is charging, 25% of the order. Could anyone clarify who is the importer? Is Quirumed or customer? Quirumed is also in UK FTSE100 company although based in Spain. They try to hide the 25% import duty from the eyes of customers, mal-practice, wonder why consumer council would not get involved. I will raise to them.
