It's taken over a month and I still haven't received the couches. Apparently, now they are stuck in customs in Dover and I have to register as an importer to release them!

I purchased a cosmetic bed from this company for my business. I thought it would be worth it because they have good reviews and are expensive compared to others.
Here I am couple months letter.
I have stains on my bed, any piece of clothing that has something darker on it automatically leaves stains that I didn't have on my cheap bed.
After a lot of email back and forth with their customer service. I reported it. A few months later, today I was supposed to receive a product that was supposed to help. Yesterday I wrote to them a email and got the answer that I should wait until next month. What kind of unprofessional and shameless company is this?

“To manage my sciatic pain, I purchased their most expensive electrostimulator. However, I have not noticed any improvement in my condition after using it for a week. I am unable to use the device on my abdomen due to a hernia mesh repair.
One of the main issues I encountered was that the manual provided with the equipment is only available in Spanish, leaving me without proper instructions in English. Additionally, I discovered discrepancies between the instruction manual provided and the inbuilt instructions in the software. These inconsistencies have made it confusing to use the device, especially when different instructions are provided for the same treatment, such as variations in electrode positioning.
Within the 14-day return period from delivery, I contacted QUIRUMED to request a return and a refund for the equipment. Unfortunately, they refused my request, citing that the product is a medical device that comes into direct contact with the skin, and for hygiene reasons, they cannot accept returns or issue a refund.
However, it's important to note that the equipment does not come into direct contact with the body, as the disposable pads have contact. These pads can be easily replaced with new ones, and the cost is deducted from the refund (As they sell these pads). I proposed this solution to QUIRUMED, but they adamantly declined.”
“Quirumed claim to have return policy but do everything in their power to make it impossible to return the product, claiming incorrect return duration and refusing to accept unused equipment. Also they have a Dutch language website and customer service number (from where the product was ordered) but want the product returned to Spain at the cost of 500 Euro. They refuse to engage with us to resolve the situation.”
“don't order stuff. They do have tempting prices. However, the problems this company will give you are not worth the low price of the product. Even though I knew that I should get customs duty Fedex did not inform me about it, but immediately sent the case to debt collection. They had my phone number and email address and yet the first duty letter I got was from a collection agency. The letter was aggressive and filled with threats, even though I had done nothing wrong. This is not how you should treat a customer who trusted you.”
“Diabolical customer service. Been waiting for an electric wheelchair since the beginning of August. I have been chasing customs who informs me that Quirumed forget to submit a dangerous goods paperwork for the Battery element of the wheelchair and my goods has been stuck in Spain since the beginning of August. No response from Quirumed and can't get through to them on the telephone. Do not use this company.”
“I received a horrifically damaged sink with missing components almost 4 weeks after ordering. It was not made clear that I would be hit by an additional £125 import duties/taxes as the site appears to be British. Quirumed DO NOT take phone calls (no wonder!!!), DO NOT respond to emails and so far have refused to return my money despite me being over £700 out of pocket. I am a full time student and start-up business and am genuinely shocked by their lack of customer service. I cannot afford this. Thank goodness I paid with Visa Debit and used PayPal as Quirumed has no intention of giving my money back. I have now escalated my claim with PayPal who have been excellent. Read the poor reviews on here carefully before buying.”

“When I ordered my massage table, the delivery date kept being moved forward. This was probably beyond their control, but the promised 4 days turned into several weeks.
The product information on the website of this company is not accurate. I ordered a massage table with 4 cm padding. But the padding is only just over 2 cm thick which makes it very uncomfortable. I sent several mails to complain about this, but it took them almost 3 weeks before they sent me a reply saying that the 4 cm padding means the total thickness of the table, including the wooden board that is quite thick. Especially the face hole in the table is not usable. It is ok for a couple of minutes, but a massage takes much longer than that and most of my clients complained that it is not doable to stay on the table face down for an extended time. Take care to double check al the given information on the quirumed website before ordering because they don't make it simple to return faulty goods.”

I ordered a physiotherapy plinth over a month ago never arrived , never had any clear explanation why , first of all they don’t give you any information about delivery date because when order from them they don’t have any of those products in their website, you end up hearing from their emails about blaming the manufacturer, now I haveI asked for my refund and the costumer service replayed “ I have informed the after-sales that you would like the refund and I will get back with the confirmation shortly.” Now it has been 2 days still no answer yet I’m waiting. They wasted your time and they are irresponsible manipulative humiliating the customers with no rumour from the reviews they have very bad reputation please avoid and share with others .”
“My partner ordered a wheelchair for me. It took a week to get here, with delays. Upon arrival the chair had the following issues:
1) The rear anti-tip castors were broken off
2) The chair pulled/leaned to the right - causing the chair to pull to the right
3) There was negligible traction on the wheelchair - thus is slipped on ANY kind of ramp, uncontrollably
4) Static build up - if I touched someone, or elevator buttons, railings, etc - ZAP! A couple of seconds resulted in a BIG buildup - it was very painful
5) The controller was horrifically unresponsive
We shipped it back, the company stopped responding for days. They claimed a week later we'd have a refund issued - it has STILL not been issued.
So to sum up: They don't adequately test their wheelchairs, clearly. They are slow to get products to you. Their customer service is basically NON-EXISTENT. They lie, and delay when it comes to refunds. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE THEY ARE. THEY ARE A DANGER TO THOSE WHO NEED MEDICAL AIDS.”
