Diabolical customer service. Been waiting for an electric wheelchair since the beginning of August. I have been chasing customs who informs me that Quirumed forget to submit a dangerous goods paperwork for the Battery element of the wheelchair and my goods has been stuck in Spain since the beginning of August. No response from Quirumed and can't get through to them on the telephone. Do not use this company.
