My partner ordered a wheelchair for me. It took a week to get here, with delays. Upon arrival the chair had the following issues:
1) The rear anti-tip castors were broken off
2) The chair pulled/leaned to the right - causing the chair to pull to the right
3) There was negligible traction on the wheelchair - thus is slipped on ANY kind of ramp, uncontrollably
4) Static build up - if I touched someone, or elevator buttons, railings, etc - ZAP! A couple of seconds resulted in a BIG buildup - it was very painful
5) The controller was horrifically unresponsive
We shipped it back, the company stopped responding for days. They claimed a week later we'd have a refund issued - it has STILL not been issued.
So to sum up: They don't adequately test their wheelchairs, clearly. They are slow to get products to you. Their customer service is basically NON-EXISTENT. They lie, and delay when it comes to refunds. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE THEY ARE. THEY ARE A DANGER TO THOSE WHO NEED MEDICAL AIDS.
