Quirumed claim to have return policy but do everything in their power to make it impossible to return the product, claiming incorrect return duration and refusing to accept unused equipment. Also they have a Dutch language website and customer service number (from where the product was ordered) but want the product returned to Spain at the cost of 500 Euro. They refuse to engage with us to resolve the situation.
