Of course the return costs are not covered for such an expensive item. What if the shoes simply don’t fit? Because you have wide fit, or any other reason. That happened to me, my feet felt suffocated. These shoes are not designed for wide feet at all. Returning them, paying 30 EUROS out of my pocket. Absolutely crazy. Unfortunately, never dealing with QUOC again. Very sad.
