enoying experience! About the 6th or 7th pair of Quoc shoes. All size 43. All ok. Checked size recommendation. Even didn't add the recommended 5mm to measured foot length. Still shoes are one forefinger too long. No way to get them fitting. Fitting was in the evening after a long day on the feet. Having to pay EUR 29,- for DHL return shipment is just an embarrassment. Yes - UK is no more EU - but other outlets don't solve that on the back of clients. That was last QUOC purchase. One of the previous pairs ("Urbanite Hardcourt high") did open very early in use at a simply wrong done seam (no material left to hold the thread). Wrote mails including photos - no reply. Service experience is just appalling. Why such reviews?
