This is a review of the customer service, not the shoes. I had originally bought a size 46. They were too small so I exchanged them for a size 47. I never got the shoes. During an email conversation, they agreed to the exchange but thats where communication ceased. I have reached out multiple times about if they are going to complete the exchange or of they have shipped the new pair or if they are going to refund for the original shoe. Radio silence. I would love to try the 47s but I never received them or any communication. In their defense during the original purchase communication was good. Even when we spoke about the exchange: good. They even sent an email stating they received the original pair of 46s and stated everything looked good. Since then nothing. Where are my shoes? And if not where is my money? I would definitely prefer the shoes.
