Upon receiving my package, I was taken aback by its condition - the box was notably damaged, and the bag it arrived in was not only holed but also partially torn. It was a relief to see that, despite this, the shoes seemed to be in good condition. Unfortunately, my relief was short-lived when I realized that the replacement heel pad gums that i ordered were nowhere to be found in the package.
