Minus 1 star for shipping and return experience. Could be improved in terms of overall speed and I don't appreciate having to pay for shipping on a £300+ purchase. Especially as you are receiving full RRP by enabling people to buy directly. As to the shoes, love them, great fit and look great, very breathable (if you are going to buy them make sure to look at the covers as you'll appreciate them on cooler days). The quality of the optional inserts is also a bit poor. The tape to hold them in place is suspect (I've not used them) and doesn't look up to the job, plus one of the inserts didn't even have tape.
