Delivery is prompt and well-informed, and the company's published advice (e.g. on fitting) has been very useful.
Despite opting out at the checkout, Quoc signed me up for some newsletter after my first order, but they addressed it promptly and politely, which is much better than the response I get from most companies. I remained unsubscribed after my second order, so whatever they did seemed to work!
I'd have no concerns ordering from Quoc again.
