Shoes are indeed stylish, and appear well-made. Would like to see half sizes offered. Customer service is lukewarm at best. My shoes were received without all of the arch support inserts, and rather than correct their mistake, Quoc recommended I go out a and purchase separate insoles. Repeated attempts to rectify have been met with crickets. Will likely stick w/Giro or other brands in the future.
