I had placed an order (shoes) and after 10 working days I complained that nothing has delivered yet after which I receive a confirmation that the order is delayed.

Yes and the latter is a big problem since the Brexit.It was better that no deliveries are made outside Great Britain to retail customers as the latter are victims of the Brexit.
