I learned Quoc does not refund the hard way; after getting a shoe that did not fit, was heavy and had little apeal I asked turned it for a refund. I was expecting the purchase to be refunded to my credit card. Instead, the refund came in the form of Quoc dollars that I could only spend with Quoc. Not sure that really qualifies as a refund. Right, read the fine print.
