First of all, brilliant shoe. Bought the Lace ups and they’re quality material, and look the part for a reasonable price compared to some others.
However when I received my shoes, it seemed that they had been previously sent out to someone as the laces were a bit dirty as were the shoe. I contacted customer service and they were extremely helpful and rectified it immediately.
Great shoe, great customer service.
