I bought a pair of mono II in size 41, I am always a 41 but they were too tight so I wanted to buy a 42 because the shoes are amazing. They didn’t have a 42 so I had to buy a different pair in 42. The only issue is they didn’t treat this as an exchange because it was a different shoe so I had to pay postage. Feels like a con to me
