Beware! This company sent out a repair man to fix my dishwasher which was ~ 20 years old. The repair man said it was the control panel that needed to be ordered and replaced. He took my 75 dollar co-pay never to be seen again. I tried reaching out several times but he would not return calls. I finally reached out to this warranty service again. This time they gave me another service provider that pulled a similar stunt..would not return calls. In my frustration, I requested to speak to a individual higher up in the company..one that handles complaints. He offered 150.00 towards a new dishwasher. A joke towards the cost of a new one. He stated “you’re dishwasher was older and that’s the best I can do” He would not refund the 75 dollars I had paid for services not rendered. He ended up giving me a partial refund after I cancelled the policy. This so called warranty service company doesn’t warranty anything except their own pocket books. I did report them the BBB in my state and in theirs as well. Next time, I will ignore the online ratings and call the BBB for guidance.
