Was told I'd be sent a confirmation email - I'm still waiting!
Phoned up and queried where my confirmation email was only to be told it would be sent out immediately - I'm still waiting.
Haven't received my paperwork through the post after over a week.
I'm quite concerned that I have spent a large sum of money on this insurance policy but have no proof of purchase and no receipt for my money.
