Sadly, whilst I usually love Rachel Simpson shoes and service, my latest purchase from the outlet was disappointing. I ordered a pair of shoes and matching bag, receiving a pair of odd-sized shoes. Whilst Natalie was very helpful and initially succeeded in ordering me a replacement pair, I was subsequently told that these were out of stock despite having received a confirmation of order.
As a consequence I’ve had to return the odd shoes and the bag at my own expense.
I made a second purchase through the full price store which was successfully fulfilled.
