I ordered two pairs of shoes from Rachel Simpson and per the advice in the youtube video, I ordered them in 38s as they do not do half sizes. The shoes did not fit and I returned them. Six months later and I am yet to receive a refund for my order! Please fix this Rachel Simpson Ltd.
