I ordered a large storage tub that was very well packaged. The delivery company gave my parcel to a neighbor and didn't let me know, which caused some confusion. However I got in touch with Racking.com and someone contacted the delivery company to find where my parcel was and got back to me very quickly. The customer service more than made up for the mistake, and I would happily purchase again.
