The Rain Bird online store represents that orders before 9 a.m. are shipped same day. NOT. Three days later I received an email informing me that the order was suspended based upon a Rain Bird security concern and I must telephone Rain Bird. I did, and reconfirmed that the billing address and shipping address are the same. Five days after the order was placed, Rain Bird advised that the product was submitted to FedEx, whose tracking link advises that the link has been deleted.
