If we could give it zero stars we would have solely to do with the manufacturers customer service. I would suggest they invest in better employees instead of penny pinching their defective devices. Out of 3 large kits purchased plus a single sprinkler head only 1 sprinkler came and did not function/adjust as it should. After contacting customer service to exchange or receive a functioning one, they were short and rude and wanted a video of how it would not adjust, then an in depth conversation with tech support and then they would consider replacing the $4 product. Direct quote by the rep after expressing the concern: “Well what do you want us to do about it?” Do not expect them to honor warranty based on this without jumping through hoops. After this encounter and expressing extreme dissatisfaction with their handling of the matter, they have now made it to where we can not order further replacement products through their Amazon store front. All of this after purchasing several products and planning to purchase more in the future until this experience. I can convey their short comings enough after this service interaction.
