Updated review: We ordered this item along with 3 large Rain Bird kits and some tubing. It has all worked great and is installing as expected. 1 sprinkler head was not adjusting and spinning 360 degrees. Initially customer service wasn’t helpful but I believe it was a 1 off employee and their corporate customer service has come through with flying colors! They apologized, looked into the matter and handled it internally, and have not only replaced the defective item but gave us additional replacement items. We will definitely continue to support this product and customer service.
