I have an extensive home landscape irrigation system and I use mostly Rainbird products. I like the products but the company shipping is terrible. It takes a couple of days to process an order. When buying enough product to qualify for free shipping ,it can take several weeks for the order to arrive. When I pay extra for two day FedEx service, they are not smart enough to ship to the physical address on the order when the PO box is shown on a second line.
I now avoid shopping Rainbird and use Drip Depot or Sprinkler Warehouse when possible.
