Placed an order for all the parts to set up my sprinkler system. Ground shipping became FedEx SmartPost, which takes over a week to arrive. The sprinkler heads were missing. OK, so they'll ship them ASAP like I asked. Sure, SmartPost again and another week lost, so I got the parts from Home Depot where they were in stock and cheaper. I emailed RB on Sunday to stop the shipment and requested a refund. Nontheless, on Monday FedEx notified me of the pre-shipment, which they did not get until Tuesday and it will not be delivered until NEXT Tuesday. In the meantime RB has not responded to any of my emails. Time to dispute the order charge with Amex and refuse the package. This is real $$1tty service RB!
